Techlio Leads is Techlio's internal tool for tracking leads, client calls and follow-ups. Only people on the Techlio team, or people an admin has invited, can sign in. This page explains what it keeps about you.
When you sign in with Google
Google shares your name, email address and profile picture with the app. They're used to know who you are, to decide what you may see, and to show your name and picture to your teammates next to the work you do.
If you connect Google Calendar
Connecting is optional and done from your own profile. The app then creates one calendar in your Google account, called Techlio Leads, and keeps the calls you're on in it. It can only see and change that calendar; it can't read or change any of your other calendars or events.
The app stores the Google account you connected and an access token, encrypted. Turning it off on your profile deletes the Techlio Leads calendar, revokes the app's access and forgets the token. You can also remove the app's access at any time in your Google Account settings.
What else is stored
The leads, calls, notes and feedback the team enters, and a history of who changed what. This stays within Techlio. The data is stored with Supabase (database) and served by Vercel (hosting), which act only as our service providers. Nothing is sold, shared for advertising, or used to track you across other sites.
Google user data
Techlio Leads' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
